First Choice Plastering did an amazing job maintaining the historic look of the interior of The old federal building in Victoria, TX. We had multiple ceiling collapses due to the building being shaken while the sidewalks and roads in downtwon Victoria were being completely redone, with all new infrastructure. The original plaster ceilings were on wood lathe, and after many years of expansion and contraction of the lathe, eventually became a hazard. First Choice Plastering did a very professional job of removing the damaged ceilings, and replastering to match the interior of this historic building. I was absolutely amazed at how they were able to complete the different rooms in the building while the building was still able to be used by the law firm that is the only tenant of the building. There was minimal disruption of the full use of the building thanks to the planning and execution of Ed and his crew. We plan on using them again in the future for other jobs, as well as for exterior stucco repair on the same building.
